1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "0k37", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 0k37 platform accessible at 0k37.net, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with 0k37 or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the 0k37 website, mobile interface, casino games, sportsbook, live betting features, and all associated services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 0k37 registration process.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a player's 0k37 account, whether deposited directly or credited via bonus allocation.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers on 0k37, you must complete the registration process and maintain a verified account in good standing.

• Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 0k37 platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 0k37 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 0k37 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• 0k37 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or following a change in account activity patterns. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

4 Deposits

0k37 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20), BTC, BNB, and debit card.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the 0k37 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT, BTC, BNB) are credited to your 0k37 account following the required number of blockchain confirmations for each respective network. 0k37 is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion.
• 0k37 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider or blockchain network may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) equivalent where applicable. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of crediting.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

0k37 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or account status restrictions at 0k37's sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal of any bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion). Eligible games and their contribution percentages towards wagering requirements are detailed in the specific promotion terms.
• 0k37 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any wagering already completed in good faith prior to such modification shall be honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements, or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation — is a prohibited activity under Section 8 of these Terms.
• 0k37 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a promotional offer has been obtained or used fraudulently.

6 Withdrawals

0k37 is committed to fast, reliable withdrawals for all verified players. The following terms govern the withdrawal process on the 0k37 platform.

• Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, to the extent technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is under four (4) hours for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and USDT (TRC-20) withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take one to three business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the 0k37 cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• 0k37 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may temporarily delay the transaction. Players will be notified of any such review.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity conducted on the 0k37 platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the 0k37 system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming a wager.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error, 0k37 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This includes but is not limited to incorrect odds displayed due to data feed errors.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are governed by the specific event rules published on the 0k37 sportsbook. In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability and may be suspended at any time at 0k37's discretion.

• Maximum bet limits apply across all sports and casino products and are displayed at the point of wagering. 0k37 reserves the right to impose individual player bet limits based on account activity or risk profile.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0k37 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your 0k37 account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such bugs must be reported to 0k37 immediately at [email protected].
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or collusion with other players or third parties to exploit betting markets.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion or placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee bonus clearance.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the 0k37 platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity.

9 Responsible Gaming

0k37 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity in a healthy, sustainable manner.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their 0k37 account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them of elapsed playing time at regular intervals.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 1 day to 6 weeks through the 0k37 responsible gaming tools. During a cool-off period, the account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may apply for self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the specified duration.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 0k37 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, user interface designs, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of 0k37 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 0k37 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 0k37 content without express prior written authorisation from 0k37.
• The 0k37 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of the 0k37 operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0k37 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 0k37 platform.

• 0k37's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or platform use shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• 0k37 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
• 0k37 is not liable for any losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor failures, regulatory interventions, or force majeure events.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 0k37 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 0k37's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Players accessing the 0k37 platform from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws. 0k37 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

13 Amendments

0k37 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the 0k37 platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory authority.
